Workplace wellness platform
Kinetu turns everyday activity into a company-wide challenge. Steps are read from the phone your employees already carry - never typed in, never guessed - and every point can be explained down to the hour it was earned.
Branded as your company. Live for your people the same week.
Every scored day keeps this. Nothing here is illustrative.
How it works
The fastest way to kill a wellness programme is to ask busy people to log things. Kinetu asks for one permission and then gets out of the way.
The address identifies the employer, so the app arrives already wearing your brand - no codes to distribute, no separate app to find in the store.
Activity comes from Apple Health or Health Connect, including anything a watch or band already writes there. After that the app syncs on its own, in the background.
Points, streaks, milestones and leaderboards update themselves. Someone who never opens the app still competes - their week is counted correctly the next time they do.
Why it's different
Wellness programmes fail on credibility long before they fail on features. Four decisions we made early, and would make again.
Every figure comes from the phone's own health store. Self-reported activity invites doubt, and doubt is what makes people stop taking a leaderboard seriously.
Each scored day keeps its full derivation, so an employee who disputes a number gets an answer instead of an argument - and a rule change never silently rewrites history.
Name, colours, metrics and enabled features all come from your configuration. Your people see your programme, and it passes accessibility contrast checks whatever palette you bring.
Your programme team sees the roster and participation, not who walked what. Leaderboards rank by function and location, and anyone can opt out of appearing on them - enforced in the query that builds the board, not in a setting someone has to honour.
For the programme team
Everything your team needs to launch, keep it moving and see what is working - without exporting anything to a spreadsheet.
Import a CSV or Excel file from your HR system. It validates the whole file before writing anything, and tells you which row is wrong.
Set the metrics, the points, the daily cap and the bonuses. Weekend boosts, streak rewards, milestones at any threshold you choose.
Publish quizzes with their own points and leaderboard. Send branded announcements. Watch participation by function and location.
“The programme has to survive the first person who says the numbers are wrong.”
The reason every score keeps its derivation.
The platform
Multi-tenant, isolated per customer, in the region you choose at onboarding.
Get the app
Kinetu is being prepared for public release on both stores. Customers running a pilot get builds today, distributed to their own people.
Already running a pilot with us? Install the Android build, or look for your TestFlight invitation on iPhone.
Get started
We will set up a working programme with your colours and a sample of your org structure, so you can judge it as your people would see it.
